Billing

• Recurs every 4 weeks / 4 classes

• Automatic invoices are sent to your email after your last class in the billing period

• Save a “ACH bank transfer” on file so your classes won’t be interrupted

Rescheduling

• Private students may request a schedule change with 48 hours notice. No shows, or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, will forfeit the class.

• Currently there is only one group class, so if you would like an optional make up lesson, group class students will have to pay for a private lesson.

• Schedule changes are on first come availability: Tues - Thurs, 4pm - 6:30pm.

Cancelling

• Classes are month to month. You may cancel anytime by contacting Nate.

• If you cancel the program and there are still lessons left on the billing, they will be forfeited. However, you do have the option to gift the remaining classes to a friend.

Late payments

• Invoices later than 30 days are subject to a $15 late fee. Each subsequent 30 days after incur an additional $15 late fee.

Grandfathering

• If prices are raised while you’re enrolled, then you will be granted your current rate for 6 months. If there is a break in enrollment, the higher price must be paid on returning. If you take a break in enrollment, but pay for the next month of classes in advance, you will be granted your current rate.
