▸ Can’t get supplies in time?
No worries - let us know what you’re missing; we often have extra for new students.
Quick Sketch = lots of bite sized challenges that up-skill you faster.
▸ Here’s why we use this time tested method in all our classes.
Quick sketch recognizes quantity leads to quality.
▸ You can’t beat math; more reps = more learning. You’ll have more opportunities to be exposed to more types of problem solving, and the interleaving of weekly concepts gives you a 35 thousand foot view of the art of drawing.
Quick sketch helps you focus on what’s most important.
▸ If you only have 3 minutes to do a drawing, you must choose the highest leverage moves; great artists have a tight and efficient process.
Quick sketch normalizes imperfection.
▸ Made a “bad” drawing? No problem, lets move onto the next one. Repetition is the key to reducing perfectionism. We take the focus off of highly polished grandiose masterpieces, and we put the focus on enjoying the journey of learning & creation itself.

Make up missed classes, never miss your lesson.
▸ Attend any available cohort, just give us a heads up.
The lesson of the week repeats until the end of the week.
▸ Missed classes may be made up within the same week, in-person or online (online is for age 9+).
▸ If not attended by the end of the week, the lesson cannot not be made up.
▸ Students who usually come to class later in the week, should preemptively attend earlier in the week if planning to miss; meaning, if your usual cohort is Saturday, try to come in on Tuesday or Wednesday before your usual lesson!
▸ Please text us if you will be absent, or attend a different cohort - 916.245.0470.
Your subscription automatically renews for you.

Month to month, cancel anytime.

Growth & challenge is what we came here for.
▸ Here’s a few final bonus tips, just for you <3
It’s okay to make bad drawings.
▸ Perfect drawings don’t exist, and the more you draw, the less you care about “mistakes;” quantity leads to quality.
Parents, please stay in the parent seating area during class.
▸ Fostering confidence is important to us - please give space for your child & the other students to work independently.
There will be challenges - focus on learning & having fun!
▸ ‘Struggle’ is where all the good character building & learning happens anyways.
Thanks & see ya soon~!
