▸ By joining our program, you are responsible for the policies listed below

Advanced Notice Is Required To Cancel.

▸ Your membership auto charges monthly.

▸ After the invoice is sent, if your membership is active, you are responsible for payment, even if you have not attended classes.

▸ Missed classes must be made up during the same week. The week begins on Monday & ends on Sunday. If the class is not made up by Sunday, it is forfeit.

▸ Cancel anytime. Use “My Membership“ on the homepage, or contact us in writing to cancel. Your request cannot be verbal, and must be in writing.

▸ Invoices overdue 30 days are subject to a $25 late fee. Each subsequent 30 days overdue, will incur an additional $25 late fee

  • 48 hours notice is needed to reschedule your first lesson. Otherwise classes may not be rescheduled, but may be made up online during the same week.

  • If you receive outside funding (such as from a charter school or Alta) you are personally responsible for any unpaid invoices while your membership was active, even if you did not attend class.

  • There are no class credits & classes do not roll over.

  • Remaining lessons in the billing cycle after your membership has been cancelled may be gifted to a friend.
