Advanced Notice Required To Cancel.

▸ Your membership auto charges monthly.

▸ After the invoice is sent, you are responsible for payment.

▸ Advanced notice is required to cancel.

▸ Cancel anytime. Use “My Membership“ on the homepage, or contact us in writing to cancel. Your request cannot be verbal, and must be in writing.

▸ Invoices overdue 30 days are subject to a $25 late fee. Each subsequent 30 days overdue, will incur an additional $25 late fee

• 48 hours notice is needed to reschedule your first lesson. Otherwise classes may not be rescheduled, but may be made up online during the same week.

• Invoices will be automatically billed a month after enrollment.

• If you receive outside funding (such as from a charter school or Alta) you are personally responsible for any unpaid invoices while your membership was active

• Classes Are Based On The Month, Not Class Credits. Classes do not roll over week to week, but you may attend a make up lesson online when available.

• Remaining lessons in the billing cycle after your membership has been cancelled may be gifted to a friend.
