Advanced Notice Is Required To Cancel.
▸ Your membership renews automatically on the scheduled renewal date.
▸ On the renewal date, without written cancellation, you are responsible for payment, even if you have not attended classes.
▸ Cancel anytime by using “My Membership“ on the homepage, or contact us in writing. Your request cannot be verbal, and must be in writing.
▸ If you receive outside funding (such as from Alta or a charter school like Visions or Compass) you are personally responsible for any unpaid invoices while your membership was active, even if you did not attend class.
▸ Remaining lessons in the billing cycle after your membership has been cancelled may be gifted to a friend.
Missed classes must be made up during the same week.
▸ The week begins on Monday & ends on Sunday. If the class is not made up by Sunday, it is forfeit.
▸ 48 hours notice is needed to reschedule your first lesson. Otherwise classes may not be rescheduled, but may be made up with a similar class type during the same week.
▸ There are no class credits & classes do not roll over.
If using outside funding, the account holder is fully responsible for all membership charges, regardless of funding status.
▸ Members using funding from charter schools or third party programs are responsible for payment.
▸ If third-party funding has not been received by the renewal date, the card on file will be charged.
▸ Purchase orders must be received prior to the renewal date to apply to that billing cycle.
▸ If a purchase order is received after the renewal date, the card on file will be charged and the purchase order will be applied to the following billing cycle.
▸ A one-month purchase order advances the membership by one billing cycle.
Invoices overdue 30 days are subject to a $25 late fee.
▸ Each subsequent 30 days overdue, will incur an additional $25 late fee
